Sally Marchini, Accredited Practicing Dietitian tells us to eat well & be well, and if you're not get some professional help. Sally has had an interesting journey to her present role which is supporting people to understand that what they eat has a big effect on their well being. Sally became a dietitian because she was unwell herself and wanted to understand how to mange her illness better.

We talk about and explain current dietary guidelines. Sally makes it clear what you should be eating as an older woman every day. We also discuss not viewing food as the enemy but as something that nurtures your body so it can perform at its best.
