Jules is a qualified naturopath who spent her early years doing what most of us do and living life to the absolute limit. Unfortunately, this meant that she also was chronically unwell with a variety of niggling issues that seemed to follow one after the other. Jules was introduced by her friends to the world of natural medicine and mostly good food and decided to go and learn for herself.
Over the last 10 years she has honed her philosophy down to what can only be described as simplicity itself. Put simply it is first and foremost about what you eat and the quality of that food.
