Confidence, what is it and just how do you get it? To say this week’s guest has had an interesting life is a definite understatement. Di Riddell has lived through many things, some of which we are never touched by but this hasn’t stopped this amazingly inspirational woman from pursuing a healthy and happy life. Di has written a book, overcame her fear of public speaking and now teaches other women to be more confident. Di encourages us to get out of our comfort zones, focus on our own self-care and do something different in order to be the person you deserve to be.
