Heather Stewart was just living her life the best way she knew how until one day her husband was diagnosed with diabetes. Then Heather innocently used one of her relatives Blood Pressure machines only to discover she had an undiagnosed heart condition. Heather decided it was time for a change and change she did.
Like a revolution, she swept everything out of her way until she had the healthiest life she could have. Heather shares with us her experience as a woman with a heart condition; takes us through her experience of the diagnostic tests and drugs and talks with me about her fear of dying but more importantly how much healthier she is now than she was when she was 30.
Heather is an inspiration from her willingness to learn how to install Skype to be interviewed so she could share her story, through to her determination to be well by taking good care of herself through her diet and exercise.
